　　主要收治各种神经系统疾病：包括脑血管病、脑外伤、帕金森病、运动神经元病、多发性硬化、格林-巴利综合征、肌张力障碍、废用综合症、抑郁焦虑状态、各种类型的痴呆、缺血缺氧性脑病、神经肌肉疾病、神经系统感染、中毒性疾病以及各种内科疾病所致的神经系统并发症等。尤其擅长神经系统损伤后运动功能障碍、认知功能障碍、语言功能障碍和情绪功能障碍等方面的诊治和康复。

　　应用各种先进的诊疗手段，在神经病学和神经康复学资深专家朱镛连教授、张通教授、宋鲁平教授的指导下，对各种神经系统疑难病症进行诊断治疗和康复。曾先后诊治了克雅病、多巴反应性肌张力障碍、神经结节病、运动神经元病、躯体转换障碍、脑桥中央髓鞘溶解症、系统性血管炎、缺血缺氧性脑病等神经系统罕见或少见病。

　　2、治疗内容、手段：

　　针对不同疾病导致的运动、语言、认知障碍，除常规应用PT、OT、ST、认知训练外，还运用经颅磁刺激、生物反馈、心理治疗、水疗、理疗、肉毒素注射治疗痉挛、中医针灸、按摩等技术，在定期评价基础上，进行个体化针对性系统性的综合康复。

　　5、科室特色介绍

　　神经康复二科主要收治神经系统常见病和各种疑难病症，是集各种神经系统疾病诊断、治疗与康复为一体的科室，也是医疗、科研和教学相结合的科室。现有床位48张。医师共7名，主任医师1名，副主任医师1名，主治医师2名，住院医师3名，其中教授、硕士研究生导师1人，博士后1人，博士3人，硕士2人。护士14名，其中主管护师3名、护师6名、护士5名。

　　6、科研和教学

　　科研方面，曾承担国家科学自然基金课题一项，做为主要研究者参研和完成国家科学自然基金课题三项;做为课题和分课题负责人承担的课题有：国家十二五科技支撑计划课题一项、国家十一五科技支撑计划课题两项、首都医学发展基金重点课题一项，财政部基金课题六项等。曾完成多发性硬化的国际多中心药物临床研究，目前正在实施一项脑卒中多国合作项目和多项国际合作项目。

　　教学方面，部分医生还承担首都医科大学的教学任务以及全国继续教育培训任务，为我国培养现代化的康复医学人才。我们全体医护人员还会不断努力，不断创新，为所有住院患者提供更好的医疗和更好的服务。

　　1、Treatment / admitted object:

　　The neurorehabilitation department II (K2) provides treatment and rehabilitation for mainly various neurological diseases: cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease, multiple sclerosis, Guillain - Barre syndrome, dystonia, disuse syndrome, depression, anxiety disorder, each types of dementia, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, neuromuscular disease, Nervous system infection, toxic disease, as well as nervous system complications due to variety of medical disorders. Particularly specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of motor dysfunction, cognitive impairment, language dysfunction and emotional dysfunction after damage for the nervous system.

　　Under the guidance of Neurology and Neurorehabilitation Professor Zhu Yonglian , Professor Zhang Tong and professor Song Luping,we have successfully diagnosed and treated several nervous system rare or uncommon diseases such as Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, dopa-responsive dystonia, nerve sarcoidosis, motor neuron disease, the somatic conversion disorder, central pontine myelinolysis,systemic vasculitis, hypoxic -ischemic encephalopathy.

　　2、 Treatment means:

　　We can treat movement, language, cognitive impairment, besides the routine PT, OT, ST and cognitive training, we also carried out an array of innovative techniques for patients:the transcranial magnetic stimulation,biofeedback treatment, psychotherapy, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, BTX-A injection to relieve the spasm of muscle, acupuncture, massage and other techniques, periodic evaluation based on individualized targeted systemic comprehensive rehabilitation.

　　5、 Introduction of department specialty

　　The neural-rehabilitation department II provides treatment and rehabilitation for common diseases of the nervous system and various incurable diseases,our department focus on nervous system disease diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, and we are also combination of medical care, research and teaching department. There are 48 existing beds. With 7 physicions in this department ,who have both clinical and research expertise ,including a chief physician, a deputy chief physician, two attending physicians, three residents,among which are 1 professor and graduate instructor，one with Postdoctoral degree,three with Ph.D degree, two with Master degree. There are 14 nurses, three of which are nurse-in-charge, 6 primary nurses and five nurses.

　　6、Rresearch and teaching

　　We have successfully finished one National Natural Science Fund as a principal investigator and three of them as team worker, joined three NNSF responsible for:one National Twelfth Five Technology Support Program、two national Eleventh Five-Year Technology Support Program、one Capital Medical Development Fund、six projects of the Ministry of Finance. We have finished one international multi-center clinical study of multiple sclerosis, now a stroke multi-national cooperation projects and a number of international cooperation projects being currently implemented.

　　Some doctors also undertake teaching mission of Capital Medical University and the National Continuing Education training task.Our aim is to train modern rehabilitation medicine talents. All our medical staff will continuing innovate and provide better medical care and better services for all hospitalized patients.
