诊疗范围:脊柱骨折、脊髓损伤、颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄、腰椎滑脱症、先天性脊柱畸形与脊柱侧弯、脊柱脊髓肿瘤、脊柱裂、脊膜脊髓膨出、脊髓拴系综合征,脊髓空洞症,脑瘫的肢体运动障碍。
诊疗策略:
脊柱骨折与畸形:手术治疗达到复位、矫形、减压、重建脊柱结构和功能。椎体成形术。
脊髓损伤:(1)脊髓损伤后促进脊髓功能修复(药物、脊髓电刺激、生物反馈);(2)应用电生理学方法进行脊髓功能评估(3);早期康复:重点改善手与上肢灵活性和行走功能;(4)
预防和治疗脊髓损伤后的早期并发症(包括专业康复护理,肉毒素注射治疗痉挛,电脑药物泵和脊髓刺激器治疗疼痛、痉挛,异位骨化等)。
颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症、腰椎滑脱。采用阶梯式治疗,对疾病不同病理阶段选择以下五步骤治疗:(1)理疗、手法、牵引、整脊等保守方法治疗颈肩、四肢麻痛;(2)经皮髓核减压术;(3)脊柱非融合技术改变椎间盘受压机制,达到治疗目的;(4)微创椎间盘摘除术;(5)传统手术椎间盘摘除、脊柱内固定术,或后路椎板成形椎管扩大术。
脑瘫及脑源性运动功能障碍:(1)药物注射,选择性神经手术、周围神经手术治疗四肢痉挛;(2)截骨、平衡肌肉力量、人工矫形器植入等治疗下肢髋、膝、踝、足畸形,改善行走功能和改善手功能。
先天性脊柱脊髓畸形(如脊柱裂、脊膜膨出、脊髓拴系):神经松解、神经复位、神经膜修复,肢体功能重建治疗。
诊疗经验:在收治了近万例脊柱外科病人基础上,已建立脊柱脊髓综合治疗与早期康复训练相结合特色模式。在脊柱脊髓手术、脊髓损伤康复等方面与发达国家处于相同水平。在脑瘫治疗方面具有二十年的临床经验,对解除肢体痉挛,矫正脊柱和肢体畸形,恢复肢体运动功能,形成了“康复--手术--康复---”的治疗模式。倡导脊柱微创与康复相结合的脊柱全面康复理念。针对老龄人群,专门制定了老年腰椎退变综合征的微创与康复策略。

Spine and Spinal Cord Surgery department is the first one domestically in
comprehensive treatment of spine and spinal cord injury (non-operative and
operative) combined with rehabilitation. The department is also the key
department in China Rehabilitation Research Center and the training base for
students in rehabilitation medicine for master’s and doctor’s degree. It is also
the designated department for treatment of the orphans and disabled children in
'the future program' funding by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The department
doctor team is made up of spine surgery experts, early rehabilitation experts
and young physicians graduating from Peking University, General Hospital of PLA
and other famous medical schools in China. Tens of thousands of spinal cord
injury patients have been rehabilitated here.
Specialty: Diagnosis and treatment of spinal fractures, spinal cord injury,
cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar
spondylolisthesis, congenital spinal deformities and scoliosis, spinal cord
tumor, spinal bifida, myelomeningocele, tethered cord syndrome, syringomyelia,
cerebral palsy.
Treatment strategies:
Spinal fractures and deformity:
Reduction, decompression, reconstruction of the spine. PVP and PKP for pain
after osteoporosis compressive fracture.
Spinal cord injury:
(1) Repair of the spinal cord function after spinal cord injury (medicine,
spinal cord stimulation, biofeedback stimulation)
(2) Electrophysiological evaluation of the spinal cord function
(3) Early rehabilitation: focus on the improvement of hand and upper
extremity flexibility and walking function
(4) Prevention and treatment of early complication after spinal cord injury
(including Botox A injection in the treatment of spasticity, implanted pump and
spinal cord stimulator for treating pain, spasticity, etc.)
Cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis,
lumbar spondylolisthesis
Using five-step treatment strategy:
(1) Physiotherapy, traction, manipulation, chiropractic, conservative
treatment.
(2) Percutaneous nucleus pulposus decompression.
(3) Non-fusion technology.
(4) Minimally invasive discectomy.
(5) Traditional operation discectomy, spinal internal fixation, or
posterior laminoplasty.
Cerebral palsy and brain-derived motor dysfunction
(1) Botox A injection, SPR and peripheral nerve blockage in treatment of
spastic CP
(2) Osteotomy, muscle balance and orthosis in treatment of hip, knee,
ankle, foot deformity.
Congenital spinal deformity (such as spinal bifida, meningocele, tethered
cord syndrome)

Diagnosis and treatment experience: About ten thousand spine and spinal
